NEAREST TOWN - DORCHESTER

Dorchester, the County Town of Dorset, is an attractive shopping destination where you will find Waitrose, Tesco and Lidl.

There are a good selection of restaurants and a cinema at Brewery Square in the town, and there is large sports centre with an indoor swimming pool.

Maiden Newton has a railway station on the Bristol to Weymouth line, (Dorchester 11 mins,Weymouth 25 mins) and the National Cycle Network route 26 passes through the village, as does the Frome Valley walking trail.
